一、IECEE認(rèn)證介紹
沙特阿拉伯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組織自2018年2月15日起，開(kāi)始強(qiáng)制實(shí)施IECEE認(rèn)證的新規(guī)定。將對(duì)其管制內(nèi)產(chǎn)品實(shí)施強(qiáng)制執(zhí)行，申請(qǐng)人需提交有效的CB測(cè)試報(bào)告和證書(shū)（包含國(guó)家差異）,審核通過(guò)后由SAS0簽發(fā)IECEE證書(shū)，才能申請(qǐng)產(chǎn)品符合性證書(shū)SC,貨物才能順利在沙特海關(guān)清關(guān)。
所有IECEE范圍內(nèi)的產(chǎn)品都需要通過(guò)SASO官方網(wǎng)站(jeem1)申請(qǐng)并獲得IECEE證書(shū)才能順利通關(guān)。
IECEE證書(shū)被視為最終證書(shū)。如果產(chǎn)品還需要其他證書(shū)，如燈具的EER證書(shū)，手機(jī)的CITC證書(shū)，在申請(qǐng)IECEE證書(shū)之前，必須先獲得EER證書(shū)和CITC證書(shū)。
IECEE證書(shū)歸申請(qǐng)的進(jìn)口商所有，其他進(jìn)口商不能使用同一份IECEE證書(shū)進(jìn)行清關(guān)。
進(jìn)口商獲得IECEE證書(shū)后，可以憑IECEE證書(shū)號(hào)自行免費(fèi)申請(qǐng)SABER上的PC。
目前只有需要IECEE的產(chǎn)品才能申請(qǐng)IECEE證書(shū)。非強(qiáng)制性產(chǎn)品客戶不能自愿申請(qǐng)IECEE證書(shū)。

申請(qǐng)IECEE證書(shū)需要提供的文件與要求：
IECEE req. documents:
? CB test report
CB 測(cè)試報(bào)告 （3年內(nèi)）
? CB test certificate.
CB 證書(shū)
? Importer business license
進(jìn)口商營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照（申請(qǐng)的產(chǎn)品必須是在進(jìn)口商的營(yíng)業(yè)范圍，CR必須在有效期內(nèi)）
? Manufacturer business license
制造商的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照（必須與CB的制造商“Manufacturer”一致）
? Product photos, markings and plug. (including nameplate image for each model which should be exactly matching the rating in the CB Test certificate, plug needs the test report as per SASO 2203:2018)
實(shí)際產(chǎn)品的圖片和標(biāo)簽（不能用電子設(shè)計(jì)檔產(chǎn)品圖片或標(biāo)簽來(lái)申請(qǐng)IECEE，產(chǎn)品標(biāo)簽務(wù)必與CB上的一致，如果有插頭清晰的圖片和標(biāo)簽，并提供SASO 2203:2018的測(cè)試報(bào)告，從2020年9月1日開(kāi)始不再接受BS 1363）

如果申請(qǐng)的產(chǎn)品型號(hào)、商標(biāo)與CB的不一致，需要提供PID
? Attentions：Manufacturer/ Importer DOC or PID or any other form should with the Official letterhead of Manufacturer/ Importer company.
請(qǐng)注意：制造商或進(jìn)口商的DOC，或PID或其他的文件都需要用公司官方的信頭。
IECEE申請(qǐng)周期是2-4個(gè)星期左右，這取決于SASO的審批效率和所提交文件的質(zhì)量。
? 2021-07-01開(kāi)始，只接受IEC 62368-1:2018；
